Hi, I'm Analise... I'm an Online Coach!

Here's some info about me, which can give you some insight into my background!

I was always very active and keen on sport from a very young age. PE was the highlight of my day at school, and I looked forward to all the after-school and weekend sporting activities.  I started competing in Taekwondo as a teenager then switched to rugby 7s in my early 20s as wanted to do a team sport after years of competing as an individual. I played rugby for over 14 years but decided to stop when I got offered a role as a lead S&C coach in the super league, so I could focus on my coaching career and take a step back from competing myself.


I loved my job, but I really struggled with motivation when I stopped playing as felt like I had no purpose, no goal to train for, no games on a weekend. I still ate a similar diet as I did when I was competing, but started to gain weight and lose muscle mass and fitness as I wasn't playing games each week and not training at the intensity I was used to for years. 


This really got to me, so I knew I needed to do something about it. I was struggling with injuries that I hadn't fully recovered from when I stopped playing rugby so started working with a physio and a 1:1 coach to help me get back on track. Having accountability helped me and also gave me the motivation to keep going. I've done a couple of obstacle course runs and I play tag rugby on a weekly basis to keep me active between my individual training sessions. I've also recently started playing golf - very different from the high impact contact sport I've been used to but really enjoy it and am keen to learn new things.

My sporting background as well as my knowledge and experience in the industry is what gives me the upper hand to help people like you reach their goals. Whether you're an elite athlete competing to improve your performance or simply enjoy doing sport on a recreational level and want to look, feel and perform better I can help YOU out. 

I've been there myself, I know what it's like to struggle when you don't have teammates around to keep you motivated, or feel like you're stuck and can't progress. You need someone to help keep you accountable, and to re-light that fire inside you that made you feel invincible!

My programs are backed by science, and not solely on experience. I've always had a passion for studying and learning, as I believe that knowledge is the key to success. I'm qualified in Nutrition for Sport as well as being a fully qualified Strength and Conditioning coach. 

I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 15 years now and have specialized in sports coaching over the past 10 years. Becoming a strength and conditioning coach has been a life changing experience for me as I can pursue my passion for sports whilst working with individuals to help them achieve their desired goals.

My main aim in life is to help you reach your target. My coaching is not only limited to athletes. I believe that every one is an athlete, whether elite or amateur and can benefit from professional training and support to improve their overall health, lifestyle and wellbeing. Having a healthy body is beneficial, not only aesthetically, but also psychologically, as looking better on the outside will make you a more confident individual. I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
